Second, we use cold heading and hot upsetting to produce cnc parts. The different technology of producing can be chosen according to the features of cnc parts.
 
Third, heat treatment is utilized. We adopt the Controlled-atmosphere Automatic Heat Treatment Furnace to guarantee the good quality and stability of our screws.

We have established a total quality control system which means we perform quality control from buying raw materials to different machining procession and to final packing.
